Assistance for persons with disabilities

Language assistance
The Clinic provides qualified language assistance services at no charge when required for meaningful access to services. Staff can arrange a qualified interpreter or appropriate translation. Patients are not required to bring or pay for their own interpreter. We do not rely on minor children or unqualified persons to interpret except as narrowly permitted by law.

Relay services are available by dialing 711. You may make a concern known orally or in writing. The Clinic will review it promptly and will not retaliate against you for requesting assistance or making a complaint.
